• Go to a local art show | this photo is from Lobster Club's Soirée during Frieze Week in Los Angeles. We had a great time meeting new people, checking out the art and sipping delicious wine.

• An ice cream date night! | When we make dinner at home or are on our way home from a restaurant, going out for ice cream is a fun treat at the end of the day and going together means we get to try more (and take each others) flavors!

• Visit your favorite wine bar | This always feels a bit more elevated and posh than just grabbing drinks.

• Swing by your local florist | I love Lenita by Grita, a flower truck in Los Angeles. My boyfriend and I love visiting the truck together and seeing the bouquet we get to bring home being created.

• Go to a new shop and each purchase one item | This is a fun, small way to explore a new shop and bring home something new to try! We did this recently with a new provisions shop and came home with a bacon jam we've never tried + a special hummus flavor we're obsessed with!
