Hiii everyone let’s talk about some mental health hacks that can help brighten your mood or even just give you something new to do everyday :)

1. Journaling - journaling can be as simple as writing down one sentence to filling up the whole page. Write as much as you’d like. Write freely about your day, how you feel, what you ate today, everything! Just share how you feel be open and honest so you can go back and read it all. Here’s some journal topics your could try also. What happened today?

What was the best thing that happened today?

What was the worst thing that happened today?

What was the most interesting thing I saw or heard today? What was the most challenging thing I faced today? What am I grateful for today? What did I learn today? What was the most fun thing I did today?

2. Snacking! Fuel your body with the important nutrients it needs wether that be fruit, tea, or food in general. Baking new snacks can also be a way to boost your mood as it’s something new to do and gets you out of the bed! It’s one of my favorite things to do recently

3. I love going outside and seeing the sunsets - so I definitely recommend this! It’s also a good way to get outside and just appreciate the little things

will be making a part 3 but just some more little tips I like to do to keep my brain happy and appreciative 💕
