Lowkey need help on the relationship😭

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 months today. I’m nervous because of the 3 month rule. Me and him hang out 24/7 and I love him to death, I don’t see my life without him but lately he hasn’t been seeming like himself, do I talk to him about it or do I just leave it alone?

Also lately his younger brother has been talking more about my boyfriend’s ex… I’ve brought it up to my boyfriend on how I don’t like the fact that his brother is and he told me he would have his brother stop but he never did so do I bring it up again or do I just let it go like nothing happened?

Also my boyfriend has this girl friend that I’ve known her all my life and one day like 6 months ago me and her got into a big argument and stopped being friends. Then about 3 months later me and my boyfriend got together. She was fine with it for the first 2 months but this month she’s been shit talking me to him and calling me slurs and stuff I really don’t know what to do anymore…
