Day 3 update

Ok. I had 3 hernias fixed on Monday

2 were in line with my mom jeans and made a lot of my clothes uncomfortable to wear.

And holding my kids was challenging.

But today has been the best day.

I slept for 8 hours without having to wake up for drugs and I’m just about to take my first Advil for the shoulder and neck pain.

I actually got up and made a Valentine’s Day breakfast for my kids and enjoyed the morning before everyone else took over and I made my way back to bed.

going to take a nap and wake up for some lunch and an iced chai.

Any other moms out there putting off hernia surgery? I got tips now.
