Gluten free, dairy free option
This 4 ingredients lazy lasagna is the perfect easy dinner recipe to serve for a cozy Sunday night! Make this lasagna a low fat recipe by using low fat or fat free cheese. You can also make this lasagna a dairy free recipe by using dairy free or vegan cheese!
Ingredients:
1 box gluten free lasagna noodles
1 lb chicken breasts
1 jar tomato sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella (fat free or dairy free)
Directions:
1. Break the lasagna sheets into 3 smaller pieces. If you use gluten free half of them are broken anyway so this fixes that problem!
2. Boil the lasagna. Cook until al dente.
3. Cut the chicken into 1” cubes. I seasoned mine with garlic and herb seasoning but you can also just use salt and pepper. Pan sautee until the chicken is fully cooked.
4. In a bowl, all the cooked noodles, sautéed chicken, 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 the sauce.
5. Mix together and add to sheet pan. Spread into thin layer.
6. Top with extra pockets of cheese and extra pockets of sauce.
7. Bake on 375 until edges are crispy and cheese is melted.
