This 4 ingredients thai chili stromboli is the perfect easy healthy recipe to serve for an easy appetizer or just for an easy dinner idea! Make this stromboli a low fat recipe by using low fat or fat free cheese. You can also make this Stromboli a dairy free recipe by using dairy free or vegan cheese! I made my Stromboli recipe gluten free but you can make yours any way you’d like!
Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough (gluten free if needed)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (dairy free or fat free)
- 2 cup chicken tenders, diced (gluten free)
- 1/2 cup thai chili sauce
Directions:
1. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin as thin as you can. Sprinkle gluten free flour over the top of the dough if it is sticking to the pin.
2. Top the dough with cheese, chicken and sauce.
3. Roll the dough into a log. Make sure to tuck the ends in so no cheese comes out!
4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
