Arrange the rolls in 9x13 dish

pour heavy cream over

Whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour over

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes

Pour the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls on top
