Don’t Miss These Spots in Switzerland!🇨🇭

Switzerland is one of the most beautiful countries I’ve ever visited! I did a very short road trip the country in 2022 and these 4 spots really stood out to me!⬇️🇨🇭

Aareschlucht : I absolutely loved this short hike! The boardwalk hike takes you through towering limestone cliffs and the views of the rushing blue river! The best time to visit is from April to November but make sure to check their website for current opening dates (they are closed in the winter)!

Lugano : This small town in southern Switzerland is close to the Italian border and is definitely worth a visit! We spent the afternoon exploring this gorgeous town. Strolling along Lake Lugano, taking the cable car up Monte San Salvatore, and stroll around Piazza Della Riforma! I’d recommend staying at Kurhaus Cademario Hotel & Spa !

Grindelwald : This has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world! The town of Grindelwald is surrounded by massive mountains and I can’t recommend it enough! We stayed one night here but I’d definitely recommend staying longer because there’s so much to do! Explore the picturesque town, take in the mountain views on the First Cliff Walk, or travel to Jungfraujoch otherwise known as the Top of Europe! I’d recommend staying at Hotel Sonnenberg !

Lauterbrunnen : This fairytale village had been on my bucket list for years and I’m so glad we visited on this trip! It’s most famous for Staubbach Falls but in and around the village is great to explore too! We had lunch here at Restaurant Weidstübli and then took a stroll to the waterfall! It’s a great village to spend a couple hours at!
