The Paris Olympics have been CRAZY 🤯🇺🇸

I have been watching the Paris 2024 Olympics the past couple of days and there has been so many exciting moments. My favorite sports to watch during the Summer Olympics are definitely Track & Field🏃🏾‍♀️💨, Gymnastics🤸🏾‍♀️, and Swimming 🏊‍♀️. Here are some of the craziest moments that will live rent free in my head for the next couple of weeks.

🥇Sha’Carri Richardson looking over at runners from Germany and Great Britain as she passed them right before the finish line. Incredible picture and a Gold Medal for Team USA!

🥇Noah Lyles photo finish for gold in the Men’s 100m Dash Final. This race was so tight it made my stomach drop. A .005 second difference between first and second is an extremely close race. 😮‍💨 Noah got gold which is awesome, but I’m also so glad that Fred Kerley was able to secure the bronze medal as well!

🥇 Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone is truly in a league of her own. People hyped the 400m hurdle final race up like Femke Bol was going to be really close to Sydney and it ended up not being the case. Sydney smashed her own World Record with a time of 50.37 seconds and she made it look so easy. We also had Anna Cockrell (an absolute sweetie!) win the silver in this race which is awesome.

🥇The USA Women’s Gymnastics Team winning Gold in the Team Final was incredible. Truly a redemption arc for the ladies that finished with the silver medal in Tokyo. So many special moments and it was so exciting to watch.

🥇Stephen Nedoroscik played an extremely trivial role for securing Team USA’s Bronze medal in the Men’s Gymnastics Team Final. He specializes in Pommel Horse and became a meme. He was on my timeline everywhere while this was going on. Steve had a wholesome interaction with Elmo and it’s too cute not to share lol.

🥇 I’ve never been super invested and watching road races at the Olympics, but I’m so glad that I watched Kristen Faulkner win the gold medal for Team USA. She caught up and passed the leaders of the race. The gap was crazy there was a 58 second gap between her and second place. She’s the first American rider to win a medal in the event. Absolutely mind blowing.
