If I play devils advocate I guess I could see both sides of this statement but it has such a negative connotation doesn’t it?

In reality, women generally lack the testosterone levels necessary to achieve the significant muscle hypertrophy associated with "bulking up."
Instead, incorporating strength training with heavier weights into a workout routine can enhance muscle definition, increase metabolism, and contribute to a toned physique.
