COME WITH ME TO PILATES IN NYC

Come with me to my favorite workout class in the city! My favorite class to take is mat Pilates at equinox! I love this class specifically because it is a calmer version of reformer Pilates and depending on the teacher it can be used as more of a winding down class vs a very intense class!

Equinox offers many different types of Pilates classes including reformer Pilates, Pilates fusion and mat Pilates! I love the simplicity of it yet it is still so challenging and a great workout!

I have a yearly membership at equinox so I do not pay per class - I pay once a year and have unlimited classes! I like to go 4-5x per week to really get the use out of my membership!

I have had such great experiences with instructors and plan to keep paying year after year for a membership!! By far my favorite class in nyc!!
