• Paint your gel, and cure.

• Next paint matte top coat, and cure. Then wipe off the nail with a lint wipe.

• Next paint your design but don’t cure it. I painted each nail one at a time, and cured it so the gel didn’t spread.

• You will pour the dip powder over the entire nail, and then cure it. Brush off the dust, and you are done.
