Paint your gel, and cure, next paint matte top coat, and cure. Then wipe off the nail with a lint wipe. Next paint your design but don’t cure it. I painted each nail one at a time and cured it so the gel didn’t spread.

You will Pour the dip powder over the entire nail and then cure it. Brush off the dust, and you are done.
