Is this new elf soft glam pale girl approved?

I love this and for $8?! I’m a pale girl so definitely pale girl approved. Most foundations oxidize really bad on me,not this one. I also have really dry skin so I was able to wear this foundation pretty comfortably. It didn’t peel once applied either!! Lastly, it does layer well with other products. I had no issues what’s so ever!
