It’s about to get real. This is what I was able to accomplish during my little one’s morning/afternoon nap. She napped from 8:30ish am-11:15am. For her this is pretty typical to have a longer morning nap after her morning playtime and breakfast (She normally wakes up around 7 am). Now for me…I will either have a productive morning in this time frame(like today) or just fall back asleep with her. It all depends on what I got done the night before.

💛Morning vitamins/probiotics- I LIVE by the Mommy Bliss Lactation Probiotics! They have done wonders for me. I used to produce the minimum for my little one and now I am able to produce a little extra/enough to bag & freeze what I pump while having extra to make breast milk soap and pops for her teething.

The chewable immune support is just to help with my allergies, now that we are in summer, I need the strongest immune system I can have so my allergies don’t completely drive me up the walls. It’s also really good to take 2-4 a day if you’re coming up with a cold.

The OLLY Happy Hoo-Ha are some of my favorites to take. I always take one after intimate time as well :) I have definitely noticed a change in my vaginal health when taking this & drinking cranberry juice (I try to drink 16-20 oz a day)and staying hydrated everyday!

I also take Levothyroxine as a prescribed med.

💛 Pumping!!- Let’s be honest I’m not the best at pumping consistently on a schedule. I used to be, but my body doesn’t respond well to pumps as it does my little one. It’s RARE I get around to pumping 3 times or more a day. On a normal realistic day I usually do 1-2 times. Once during her morning nap, 1 time after/before dinner. I always try to eat a snack or two during this time to myself though😌

💛 Bagging/ Freezing milk- This always feels like a chore to me! I’d be lying if I said I stay on top of this 25/8. The milk in that picture is from the night before so I just made sure to either bag it or keep it in the fridge for 1 more day then bag it the following morning to make sure it’s still good. BUT, before that I accidentally left a whole 12 oz in the fridge for an extra day longer than the CDC health Guidelines recommend for breast milk storage. That’s normally where I’d freeze it, and label it as soap milk, or bath milk and use it for times where it’s not being consumed! I can definitely go over my milk routine as well. (Routine I try to manage the best I can)

💛Laundry- Simple AsH! I only fold blankets, burpees, and sleep sacks. I lay/stack her clothes instead of fold(With the acception of matching her socks ofc) It has saved me so much time! Only thing I still do is hangup her sleep footsies and coordinating outfits. I used to spend 30min-1hr doing/folding her laundry up till she was 2 months old and realized it was useless when I was digging through scavenging trying to find what I wanted her to wear/what to take as extra clothes when leaving the house. Now I spend 30min MAX!

💛Tidy up the living space- I do this everyday. No matter how tired/exhausted I am. We spend most of our time in this area so I like to try and keep it tidy when possible. 75% of the time it is a disaster though, between it being the dumping spot for items when coming home to having baby things/laundry on the couch it’s rare that it stays looking nice and clean longer than 1-2 hrs at a time
