Try a new Turkey recipe for Thanksgiving

I’ve made this recipe for my husband’s family for the first! It was the talk of the table. Easy steps to making the Turkey.

I let the turkey 100% defrost

You dry the turkey very well before putting the seasoning on

•Italian seasoning

•Salt

•Pepper

•Garlic powder

And a lot of butter(stick of butter cut up)

I seasoned inside to put some in my hand and threw it in.

Then cook (cook the turkey for how many pounds calls for)

The last hour of cooking I based the Turkey really well but also fast! Do the heat didn’t come out of oven. Then top the turkey with tinfoil( just lay on top. You don’t want the outside of the turkey browning too fast that’s why you put a tent on it.

And close oven for an hour for the last hour

Then take out and let it sit for 2 hours with the tinfoil over it
