I enjoy fun, unique Trader Joe’s items just as much as everyone else…
But there are also “boring” staples that always have a home in my fridge for a nutrient packed diet!
Here’s a peek at things I picked up yesterday:
🥦Frozen Broccoli ($1.79): Every morning I have a green protein smoothie that’s loaded with frozen broccoli, spinach, a banana, protein powder, and chia seeds
🍓🫐Frozen Berries ($3.29): Love putting these in oatmeal and smoothies!
🥗Cauliflower Gnocchi ($3.29): Okay maybe not a staple… BUT I’m so obsessed with this I always pick up a bag!
🐓Frozen Chicken ($8.99): It’s SO EASY to pop a couple of these into the air fryer
🥚Eggs ($1.49): I eat so many eggs… such a great source of nutrition!
🐟Frozen Trout ($8.49): A great source of protein and omega 3s
Then I always grab any veggies that look good! On this trip I got
