One of my favorite ways to explore a neighborhood is to go on a food crawl!
Here’s one I recently did in Greenpoint, and I must say it’s truly stellar. It takes you to three buzzworthy places but comes out to under $25pp if you split everything with a friend
❗️Pro Tip❗️ In between spots, meander the streets and pop into all the super cute artisan stores and thrift shops!
1️⃣Stop 1: Radio Bakery
A new bakery to sweep NYC off its feet! The pastries and baked goods are incredible, and the perfect way to start an adventure in Greenpoint.
Here’s what I tried:
📌The tomato focaccia has the PERFECT texture and amazing flavor ($5.50)
📌The twice baked pistachio croissant is super buttery and flakey with a generous amount of pistachio filling ($8)
📌The earl grey morning bun has an excellent earl grey flavor. However, on my visit the texture was underwhelming and I’d recommend trying another one of the treats instead. ($5.50)
Stop 2️⃣: Paulie Gee’s Slice ShopPaulie Gee's Slice Shop
This a neighborhood pizza institution that serves up some stellar slices.
You really can’t go wrong, but I’d be remised if I didn’t urge you to get the Hellboy Square ($5.50) which has pepperoni and hot honey 🥵
Stop 3️⃣: Taqueria Ramirez
Often hailed as the best taqueria in NYC, Taqueria Ramirez is a humble shop on a side street off Franklin Ave. Each taco 🌮($5) comes totally loaded with meat, and it’s like being transported to Mexico.

there you have it! The perfect foodie and adventure in Greenpoint!
