Readers challenge 📖☺️💓🏃‍♀️

I’ve had a goal to walk a certain amount of miles a day but I don’t walk that fast so it takes me a while to reach my goal. So I’ve changed my game plan to doing the stair master for 30 minutes while I read.

This is an easy way to get in some more movement while doing something I love 🫶🏼📖
