Ingredient 1 & Portion: 93/7 lean ground turkey 1lb
Ingredient 2 & Portion: 3/4 box barilla protein rotini - sub bone broth for water for extra protein 🤭
All veggie & spices, portion to your liking 🫶
Last night I used diced white onions, diced squash, garlic powder, salt & pepp, onion powder, sautéed in a little butter & evoo and baby bella mushrooms to top👩🏼🍳
Season turkey w/garlic & herb grill masters and brown to fully cooked
Add seasoned veggies, sautée together
Add cooked, buttered pasta, mix, season accordingly, bowl & serve!
My husband literally asks me to make this meal more than once a week rn and I am more than happy to because it’s quick, macro friendly and soo yummy.
