My Semester of Teaching SO FAR!! (8th grade)

living that #studentteacher life!!! 👩🏻‍🏫

first time working with 8th graders, in a specifically “reading” ELA classroom, and it’s been incredible!! 🥰

the teacher has incorporated lots of new ideas and concepts into her lesson plans for the year, and the students are responding pretty well 😁

we just started the “Frankenstein” unit by Mary Shelley, but the students are reading a graphic novel version, as the walls of text often prove to be difficult for many to understand and comprehend for tests/quizzes 📚

#teachersoflemon8 any tips or advice you have would be great!!!
