Products:

I used Athena Face Paint for the white eyeshadow base

The palette goes for about $16 on Amazon.

The eyeshadows are from Plouise Unlock Your Creativity Palette which goes for $48

Black eyeshadow was from a separate palette.

Tutorial steps:

Step 1: fill eyelid with white base to enhance all the colors for Sally’s eyes.

Step 2: fill lid with blue eyeshadow with a fluffy blending brush

Step 3: add a darker blue shade starting from outer lash line to inner and blend using a back and forth motion.

⭐️ Tip: when blending eyeshadow use a light hand, when you apply too much pressure it won’t blend well.

Step 4: with a smaller brush pack on black eyeshadow in the outer lash line and focus the color, blending a little bit towards the middle but not fully and make sure to not let it cover the blues.

Step 5: Carve a cut crease using a white shade and set with powder.

Step 6: add blue eyeshadow to lower lash line leaving a space to fill with white. Draw fake eyelashes and falsies to complete the look.
