I have been blow-drying my hair this way for many years. My hair is naturally fine & and thin, and to be very honest, I used to be very upset about it. But once I learned about good hair habits and this simple trick, my flat hair became a bit voluminous, and I'm finally loving my hair so much I don't even want to add my extensions back (yet)!

Here is my best tip on How To Blow Dry Your Fine & Thin Hair:

Always blow dry upwards!!!

As you see in this video, in every section, I focus on lifting up the roots. I go over the same section multiple times using my Dyson blow dryer.

This simple trick will do so much for your hair!
