Embr Wave Review

I have not been paid for this review. This is my own personal opinion.

I saw so many ads for the Embr wave. As someone with anxiety I get hot for no reason on a daily basis and this looked like a solution to all my issues. I got it and immediately loved it. The bursts of cool helped more than I thought they would.

👍Pros : cooling effect actually works. Comes in black and rose gold. Has a subscription or you can buy it out right. Has an app.

🤔Cons: it’s bulky. This was really my only issue. It was impossible to wear it at work and ended up making my wrist hurt to the point I had to take it off.

I did return it because it wasn’t practical to wear it all the time while I was out depending on what I was doing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who have body temp regulation issues. It was awesome and if they come out with a slimmer version I will definitely be going back to try it again.
