Roommate moving out

Today was bitter sweet. I went home sick from work today. I spent an hour at my parents house because I wasn’t feeling well and I really didn’t want to go home because recently me and my roommate were on rocky terms. It started out great and as time went on we went out separate ways.

She was talking about moving out for the past few months mainly because my place was supposed to be temporary.

Anyway today was the day she finally got word that she could move into the apartment she applied for. I honestly at the end was counting the days till her and her dog was gone. But now I’m alone again. Which is the bitter sweet part. On one hand I was tired of being at odds with her and feeling like I was being used and walked on and then on the other hand I really don’t like being alone. I’m not very social so my friend circle is very small.
