Happy Sunday! The funny thing is I use to dread Sundays not because I didn’t like the day, but because I had so much anxiety leading up to the work week. In anticipation of all of the deadlines, the emails, and all of the obligations that I had in store. Over the years I have grown to really appreciate Sundays as it’s a day for me to reset my mind, body and soul. To do things that I want to do or not! On Sundays, I choose myself. I choose to move, slowly, to be productive or lazy. Sundays allow for the ultimate reset.

Today I woke up a little early, filmed some content and listened to some inspirational words from one of my favorite TikTokers. And I romanticized making my bed and putting on a cute little pajama set from SHEIN before making my breakfast. Your life doesn’t have to be “aesthetic” and lavish to romanticize and appreciate and be grateful for it.

So here’s your sign to take it easy on Sunday, to show yourself grace, and do whatever it is your heart desires.
