setting a schedule for baby💤💙

I’ve decided to have more of a daily schedule for Colt to see if that helps him sleep better at night and yesterday was the first day!

We already made so much more progress, there was no screaming when getting him to sleep, he didn’t want to be fed in the middle of the night, and when he woke up he’d be ready to go back to sleep.

Keeping him awake was definitely difficult and hopefully we make more progress today!

I will make an update post on day 5 so you can see if this truly worked for us 🥰
