My 2023 Self Reflection 💞

In the start of 2023 I was absolutely terrified, I was pregnant with a guys baby that I had only known for months at only 19 years old. After struggling I finally learned to be okay with my new life.

I have struggled with my relationship from past trauma but I have learned to go past it and just accept that I am finally in a happy relationship with someone who loves me and accepts me for who I am.

I struggled so hard with depression, anxiety, and body image issues especially after giving birth. I thought my body was ruined at only 19 years old, I was heartbroken. I have learned to control my anxiety about having a baby, every thing scared me to death with him. I still battle my depression but it comes and goes, we have bad days and good days.

What I need to continue to work on is controlling my temper especially on bad days, I take out things on my fiancé that he can’t control and it’s not his fault. I need to learn to love and accept my body for the way it is now.

I am ready for what 2024 has to bring. And I’m going to spend this next year with my little family, living my best life 🩷
