Here is the break down for everything I ate:

1. Breakfast/Post-workout snack

I was in a rush so I needed something quick and high in protein! I ate one slice of the turkey breast (or 49g) and the fairlife protein shake. This was after a fasted HIIT class. Kept me feeling full for much longer than I expected!!

2. Turkey Loaded Sweet Potato

Leftovers from yesterday! I had a giant sweet potato so I ate half yesterday and half today! Topped it with 72g of ground turkey, 12g of low fat shredded mozzarella, homemade Greek yogurt dressing, and scallions! Soooo good 🤤 (this recipe was heavily inspired by an everyplate meal - honestly they have such yummy recipes, great for meal inspo!)

3. Eggs, chicken sausage, queso fresco, and veggie + fruit smoothie

Eggs are good to eat before bed so I have flipped my meals around and have been loving eggs for dinner!! I did 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites - gotta have that runny yolk 😩 topped it with homemade green salsa, and tiny bit of queso fresco. Added a jalapeño chicken sausage link, and pan seared (lol) some queso fresco (2oz.) bc I have a cheese obsession that I refuse to lose. Ate everything with two corn tortillas 🤤 I add 10g of collagen peptides to my veggie + fruit smoothie so there was added protein there too! Plus it is so delicious and sweet which helps with my sweet tooth!

4. Edamame and lemon bars

Snacks to help with cravings and sneak in more protein!! These are so good y’all 😍
