My first 🍋8 post!! I am focusing on minimally processed, whole food eating for weight loss and my overall health! I am doing 80-20 for my own sanity and also life is short so enjoy the damn snack girl! Thankful for lemon8 as you amazing people have provided sooo much good food AND workout content 🥰

Anyway, here’s what I ate tonight:

☕️ Iced coffee w vanilla almond milk

🥣 1 plain slice cinnamon raisin toast

🥣 massage kale salad (lime juice, a drizzle of evoo, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, a dash of salt, black pepper) with brown sugar and herb crusted air fried salmon, chopped grape tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and spring onion. I made a raw honey and mustard vinaigrette but forgot it home so I had it with an Italian dressing packet I found in my work fridge

🥣 a packet of Millie’s sipping broth with my salad (not pictured)

🥣 snacks: toasted marshmallow light and fit yogurt, baby carrots and Greek yogurt ranch dip, good culture low fat cottage cheese with fresh raspberries and raw honey
