It’s a book that makes you more willing to speak to people and to want to put the principles into action. I believe it help me be a better listener and communicator. I work directly with people and making sure they stay positive. After reading this I got a whole new understanding on how to respond and deal with people. I usually use some of these principles but never to the full extent, and I felt very positive that I already knew some of these. It’s a great read and will be reading over again in the future.
