So I just found this so funny from this morning because I was trying to do an intro showing my abs and glutes for this mornings workout.

I'm so awkward and never know what to do so in my head when I was recording it it looks good and I played it back and was like nope not it lol

I decided to keep it though so I can compare when my abs finally come in and figured I would share here lol
