SAY GOODBYE TO BAT WINGS

Baby these moves will hit those bat wings sooo

good. I am sore the same day (and days after) when I do these!!

I used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells with sets

of 10, 12, and 15. Lower reps with the 10 and 15

pounds !

If these moves are too difficult to add more weight

it's fine...just do more reps with the lighter

dumbbells in the meantime!
