Recent Fall Books Haul

This is a collective haul of books that I’ve picked up from the past month!

I’ve already read Payback’s A Witch and was super disappointed. The synopsis on the back is nothing like the book. I wanted more of the competition, and the love story kinda fell flat for me. And I was not a fan of the main character. The reason why she hates Gareth doesn’t really make sense in why she didn’t stay in her town. Overall, a 1.5/5 simply because I wanted to see who would win the competition.
