What I ate today!! ✨D1 Gymnast edition✨

Here is a full healthy day of eating. Today I felt really good and was happy to fuel my body with all this amazing food! Here is what I ate on my off day.

This morning I also took a hot Pilates class and hot yoga class since it was an off day. Low impact exercises really help me mentally and physically and allows me to feel best. Nutrition is also key for me to feeling great and performing to my best.
