Bought fresh basil from Trader Joe’s and wanted to make some scones with it!

🍅Ingredients🍅

- 330g cake flour

- 80g Parmesan cheese

- 40g brown sugar

- 7g baking powder

- 70g butter

- 60g sun-dried tomatoes

- 10g basil

- 5g salt

- 60g almond milk (regular milk works too!)

- 1 egg

🍃Instructions🍃

1. Start by mixing the flour, baking powder, and salt in a big bowl.

2. Cut the cold butter into small cubes, then work it into the flour mixture until it looks like coarse crumbs.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and almond milk together, then pour this into your flour mixture.

4. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and grated Parmesan cheese—this will make your dough extra flavorful!

5. Gently knead the dough until it all comes together, then pop it in the fridge to chill for about an hour.

6. Once it’s ready, roll out the dough and shape it however you like—get creative!

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F (180°C) for 30 minutes, until golden and delicious.
