Fresh hummus better than store bought - stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week in an airtight container.

Recipe:

1 can chickpeas - drained

Toasted Pine Nuts

5 tablespoons of tahini

2 large garlic cloves

1/2 lemon squeezed

2 teaspoons cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Add 3 - 5 tablespoons of ice cold water while its processing for texture. When done, top with paprika and olive oil
