How I meal plan on my iPad ✨

Meal planning became a house staple for me as grocery prices rose. To cut grocery costs I decide to start meal planning before each grocery trip. One thing led to another and I made myself this digital meal planner that I imported into Goodnotes. It includes weekly meals as well as a grocery list that is already sorted!

First I figure out which meals we want for dinner each week. Then I determine what breakfast to meal prep for the week. I use all the meals I’ve decided on to create my grocery list. Making sure to add all the ingredients I don’t have already to the list.
