attempting 30 soft… in october! plan with me

being in school and work full time while being a wife is taking a toll honestly. I’ve been struggling with exhaustion and stress. for the month of October, I’m going to try to define my sleep routine better, implement some reading that isn’t education-based, and hold myself accountable to some items I already do. i already do most of these things three days a week, so I’m looking forward to how it will feel for them to be more defined in my life!
