Spinach Penne Alfredo- Easy Dinner 🌿🍝

Recipe⬇️⬇️ What you need:

-Pasta (I chose penne and I only used half a box)

-Alfredo sauce (1 jar)

-Spinach (I used half a bag)

-Olive oil

-Minced Garlic

-Salt & Pepper

-Parmesan cheese

-Italian seasoning

Steps:

1) Start boiling your water in a pot for your pasta

2) Get a frying pan and pour some olive oil in there. Put this on medium heat

3) Once the olive oil is warm, place spinach in the pan and stir around every couple seconds. The spinach will wilt within a couple minutes

4) Once you water is to a boil in your pot, place your pasta in there. Stir every couple minutes until done.

5) When your spinach starts wilting, add your minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in the pan. Use as much as you would like. Give this a nice stir and let this simmer.

6) When the pasta is done, drain the water and place pasta back into pot. Place Alfredo sauce on top of pasta and stir until thoroughly mixed.

7) Take your spinach and pour that into the pot with the Alfredo and pasta. Mix this thoroughly.

8) Put as much Parmesan cheese into the pasta as you would like & stir. I also added a bit more Italian seasoning.

Boom. Dinner’s served. This was enough for 2 dinners for my boyfriend and I!
