I love making a snack plate because you have so many options of what to add and it gives you a variety of snacks in smaller portions which is perfect if you’re craving multiple things at once or just don’t know what you want to eat!
1. 🍒🫐Pick a fruit (or fruits) to add to your plate! I love nectarines, raspberries, strawberries, apples, etc..
2. 🥑🥒Pick a vegetable (or vegetables) to add next! My current go-to veggies are snap peas and cucumbers 😋 they have the perfect crunch and I love taste of them!
3. 🧀I like to also had some type of cheese to my plate as well! I love babybel cheeses cause they’re the perfect size for a snack. I also love laughing cow cheeses!
4. 🍯I love adding some type of dressing/dip for my veggies! My go-to is yogurt based ranch. I love the Bolthouse farms ranch that’s only 50 calories a serving!
5. 🥜Sometimes I also had something savory & crunchy like crackers or something sweet & crunchy like a granola bar!
