steps :

1. drizzle caramel around the cup

2. add about 4-5 cubes of ice

3. add chai concentrate (i recommend the brand Tazo) fill about half the cup

4. fill the rest of the cup with milk, add more milk or chai depending on preferred taste

5. froth milk, heavy cream, and vanilla syrup to make cold foam, and fill the rest of the cup with cold foam

6. perfection!
