I e-invited all my guests via a website! I came across this 2 websites and tried out both. So sharing my review today. TLDR I used WithJoy in the end!

☹️ Standardised template - cannot change font style

☹️ Separate pages - i feel the UX is worse because WithJoy is a single page scroll, easier to read

☹️ App is not available in SG - you have to change your country to US to download the app, the app is also glitchy

🥳 Loved the timeline feature - can list out all your big milestones for guest to see

🥳 Guest tags - can differentiate the guests using tags via the website

🥳 Single page scroll - nice UX for the app

🥳 RSVP Page - can choose to have a follow up question if guest select a particular answer

😝 More minimalistic looking - I just prefer the looks of this website / app & managed to find a template that fits my overall theme

Both apps have

✅ Email feature - inform you when a guest has RSVP via the website

✅ Restricted list - if you want to keep it closed, you can upload the guest list in advance & only allow in list people to RSVP 👀 you can also select if guest can bring +1s

✅ Customized link - 🔗 I put me & my partners name but your wedding hashtags would work too

End up I went with WithJoy. For the timeline feature missing, I just ended up doing a short video of our big events which looped whenever there’s nothing playing in the ballroom! Used Canva to do up a quick video so I have no regrets 🥳😊
