Air Fryer Sweet Potato 🫶

Rinse sweet potato. Poke potato with fork. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt . Put in air fryer for 30 mins , 400 degrees. It will be soft on the inside with crispy skin.

Cut open , add butter , brown sugar, cinnamon and mini marshmallows. This is literally sooo good and packed with vitamins and minerals . Enjoy! 😊
