Breakfast: protein coffee (I use 1UP Nutrition’s Caramel Toffee Macchiato Protein Powder) and the Quiche featured in my last post🥰

Lunch: Rotisserie Chicken Pasta Salad🤤🤤

Snack: Light + Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt with Peanut Butter and Chocolate Protein Granola and clementines 💖

Dinner: Crack Chicken Casserole😋
