honest reviews of bags ive bought for uni

yes i know… i have a spending problem but out of these 4 i only really regret 1! so its not that bad 😀

ok im gg be super candid and you can disagree with me but i used them for at least a month at a time for school/ travel/ gym/ literally anything saur i’ll be rating them based on what i think

1️⃣ longchamp le pliage L1899: 3/5

its a great bag; what can i say it’s popular for a reason. spacious, slightly water resistant, durable and an easy to clean material (can wipe). with that said, i have 2 gripes: one being after a year of almost daily use, the material started to streak. like lines that couldnt be smoothen started to pop out. and also, on a more superficial note, everyone has this… its a beautiful bag but its saur basic now 😵‍💫 anyways shes retired rn; to be used when i travel again

2️⃣ chloe woody tote: 4.5/5

i love this one! and for the price tag i better love it HAHA. its super gorgeous and honestly if i know im not gg to a nasty place (like the gym) its my bag for the day! reasonably spacious for uni stuff but if you need to chuck a pullover in your bag it might look like its gg to explode haha. also knocked off 0.5 points cus as it ages it does soften and you need to get an insert for it to have that nice shape. o and its cloth so its not water proof

3️⃣ longchamp le foulenne hobo: 5/5

my actual fav. a classy looking bag that was beautiful when i bought it and beautiful now as it softened and aged. im a sucker for leather too cus its easy to clean and it easily fits a set of gym clothes and uni essentials. just take note that if you wanna put your laptop in you have to slot it in vertically and have the laptop sticking out a bit but i didnt minus points cus it doesnt irk me teehee

4️⃣ tpb puffer bag: 2/5

this was my regret purchase… i really wanted to love it but its too soft and floppy for me, but thats personal preference. whats not a personal preference kind of opinion is that the material on the bag started to pill 2 months into using it??? i was saur disappointed cus until then i only heard good things about the bag 🥲 and again, its quite a mainstream basic bag that everyone has… double disappointment really when my experience didnt match what everyone else was saying

anyways again, thats j my thoughts and the 3 (actually 2) bags that i’ll be using on the daily are the woody tote and the le foulenne hobo 🫶🏻 let me know if theres other bags i should be looking at as well or if i can fix my lc 1899 tote pls 🥲🥲
