My mum loves to cook and I’m lucky to be able to enjoy her cooking! 🥰 This was one of the many dishes she made and today, I’ll be sharing the process with you.
✨ STEAMED CHICKEN DUMPLINGS ✨
🐔 Ingredients:
- Minced chicken
- Spring onions
- Garlic and onions
- Chilli
- Sesame oil
- Salt
👩🏻🍳 Recipe:
1. Chop the garlic, onions, spring onions and chilli into small pieces
2. Add all of the above into a bowl and mix well
3. Add a pinch of salt and sesame oil to the same bowl
4. Grab a piece of dumpling skin and add a teaspoon of the filling to it
5. Fold it into a dumpling
6. Steam the dumplings and enjoy!*
For those who do not like steamed dumplings, you can opt to air-fry or deep fry them too! 🤭
If you’re not keen on having them straight away, you can actually freeze them for next time. 👍🏻
