their cakes are SO GOOD 🤤

Baker’s Brew Studio is a cake store with various outlets islandwide. While they specialise in artisanal cakes, they do conduct baking classes too. 🎂

When I first arrived at their Paragon outlet, I was pretty surprised by how spacious it was! It had an open air concept which made it feel EXTRA big. As it’s located on the fifth floor of Paragon, it wasn’t too noisy and would make for a good study location! 📚

Here are some of the cakes that you should try if you do decide to do some work there (or even just to visit them).

🥜 Black Sesame Hazelnut Praline

THIS WAS SO GOOD. The black sesame taste wasn’t overpowering but complimented the other ingredients super well. The filling in the center of the cake — probably the hazelnut praline — was super addictive!!! I can’t rly describe the taste but it was of a different texture which gave the cake more depth.

🥭 Mango Calamansi Yoghurt

My friends really liked this! They said that it’s super refreshing and light. They were also generous with the mango chunks which is a plus point. 🎉

🍫 Chocolate Rhapsody

Chocolate cakes hardly go wrong and this was no exception. It was SUPER chocolatey!!! Not complaining tho 🤪 However, do only get this if you’re ok to consume something that’s slightly sinful. 😅
