Hello zesties, i would like to share my home cook recipes that is so easy to prepare even for working mummies to whipped up a delicious meal for our little one's belly.

Proteins - Minced pork with tofu stew

Proteins - stir fry tomato with scramble eggs

carbo - multigrain brown rice

isn't it really simple. It takes 30 mins to complete all 3 dishes, easy, fast & healthy there is simply no need to add salt or sugar.
