I tend to get blemishes easily and they take forever to go away so when Innisfree came out with their new Vitamin C serum, I decided to give it a try!!
✨Brand: Innisfree
Product: Vitamin C Green Tea Enzyme Brightening Serum
Price: $50 (30ml)
Good for: blemished or textured skin
• Designed to control blemishes and exfoliate the skin while still being hydrating
• Contains Jeju Green Tea Enzyme
• Water soluble vitamin derivative
• Oil solube vitamin c capsule
✨My Experience
Skin type & concerns: Dry skin + easily blemished!!
How it feels:
• The serum feels hydrating on my skin and it gets aborbed easily which is a non-negotiable for me 🫶🏼
• My skin actually feels GOOD. The serum is very lightweight and layers under my moisturiser well
• You can use this under makeup!! doesn’t feel heavy under makeup at all
• Doesn’t irritate my skin — because it’s a Vitamin C derivative, it can be used daily and your skin is less likely to get irritated as compared to other Vitamin C serums
For best results: use with Retinol Cica Ampuole!
• The beauty advisor mentioned that I can use the serum in the mornings and use the Retinol Cica ampuole at night for the best results (I stopped using the retinol ampuole a while back because I got lazy)
Results:
• I’ve been using both together for about a week (retinol on alternate nights because I didn’t want my skin to go crazy) and so far it’s been good!!
• My skin definitely seems brighter and I really really hope it will continue to improve with prolonged use!!
• My acne scars seem to be lightening ever so slightly so I hope that improves too
